In this
DVD video, the REAL Michael Jackson appears, one that the public has NEVER seen before. Michael Jackson does quite a bit of
singing from the witness stand and testifies about how he creates his music and songs. It is phenomenal. It depicts what a
sheer musical genius Michael Jackson was and also shows how childlike, animated, personable, and magical he was in true life.
Michael Jackson does admit for the record that he is on pain medication, and you will see him slowly deteriorate in his ability
to clearly think and to testify after each and every break that was taken during the deposition of Michael Jackson.
Michael Jackson is not "on" for the deposition camera like regular televised video. It is Michael Jackson Raw.
Sixteen years ago, in
1993, when Michael Jackson was 34 years old, he had his videotaped pretrial deposition taken. Michael Jackson testified as
the witness and was obviously under the influence of drugs, as seen on this DVD. He and Lionel Richie, among others, were
being sued for copyright infringement over the songs "Thriller," "We are the World," and "The Girl
is Mine." Michael Jackson did win the lawsuit after his deposition was taken, by the way.

the copyright to this 1.75-hour DVD video. It is the original and of the highest quality, even though, it is 16 years old.
Out of respect for Michael Jackson's privacy, I never sold this DVD to the media or published it in any way while he was living,
as parts of the tape are quite damaging with regard to the evident drug abuse on Michael Jackson's part while giving testimony
in his deposition.
I kept the video for 16 years because I thought some day Michael Jackson may
die as a result of his drug abuse, and if he did, then I wanted Michael Jackson's fans and the public to know that
Michael Jackson had been suffering from a long-standing drug problem dating back to at least 16 years without any type of
successful intervention in order to assist him by means of professional medical help.
Now that Michael Jackson
is gone, I want his fans and the public in general to know the REAL Michael Jackson by releasing this original DVD. I am selling
the entire UNCUT video because I do not want to sell only the negative aspects of the video. The DVD must be seen in its entirety
because it is unbelievably never-been-seen-before testimony of a musical genius at work.
It is so delightful. When a witness is testifying, it is a very serious legal proceeding.
However, Michael Jackson often sang, smiled, and laughed throughout his deposition. At one point, he even appeared to have
his feelings hurt after being admonished not to answer the question until the objections had been stated for the records.
This video portrays the very human side of Michael Jackson.
Quite a number of times, Michael Jackson actually
describes and demonstrates his musical genius by using his mouth and moving his head and body to demonstrate the sounds and
beats of different musical instruments (piano, bass, drums, French/soft horns, strings), rhythms, chorus lines, and bridges.
He sings beautifully – all without music. It is indescribable the feeling I get when I watch this DVD video. I am in
awe of his phenomenal raw talent. It would mean so much to me for his fans and the public in general to see this side of Michael
Jackson. The REAL Michael Jackson.
On the videotape, he talks
about music coming to him much the same way as a leaf that falls from a tree and how he gets down on his knees and thanks
God for this gift. Michael Jackson says the music creates itself and that he is merely the instrument through which it comes.
Michael Jackson states on the record, "Let the music create itself. That is the
law."
Many times throughout the deposition, he exhibits signs of being "under the influence" by
his heavy-laden and/or closed eyes, mouth open, and slurred, slow speech. At one point he falls asleep for a few moments.
Unfortunately, by the end of the deposition, a few hours later, the deposition had to be adjourned due to his inability to
further testify. Most of his answers at the end were a slow, slurred "I don't know" or "I don't remember."
Michael Jackson had difficulty recalling his earlier testimony; therefore he contradicted/impeached himself in his own testimony.
It is very, very sad.
I do want the public to know that he had a long-standing
drug-abuse problem, but of equal importance to me are the segments of the video where he is lucid and magical. I want to give
the public an opportunity to see the many-faceted and fascinating sides to Michael Jackson. Of interest to most people would
be the parts of the video that demonstrate an integral part of Michael Jackson's persona and career. It is historical and
must be shared.
